Delivery
Goods should be delivered within 14 days. Note that delivery times may vary when an item is on back order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.
For your protection, all parcels will be sent registered mail. For shipping purposes, please supply a street address as goods can not be shippped to postal box locations.
Please note that our company does not take responsibility for good lost in transit.
Guarantee
We want you to be happy with the items you have purchased from SIRICCO.com.au. If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to replace the item in another colour, new size or something totally different.
Returns
Goods must returned within 14 days unworn and unused with original tags and packaging together with the original sales receipt received with your purchase. Please contact us at online@siricco.com.au or call us on (03) 98262011 for approval prior to returning items.

Merchandise ordered online cannot be returned to SIRICCO retail stores but will be accepted at the Warehouse outlet at the above address.
Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
Refunds will be made using your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges (unless goods are faulty).

Stock Availability
